About Business
Management. A Human Resources attorney once said,
"Unfortunately, there is no law against a supervisor being a jerk!"
We've all worked for them. But, how many of us, as supervisors, recognize
this characteristic in ourselves? The Foundation. This is the foundation of managing business
~ recognizing that businesses are run by people, for people,
and that these people are very, very different. If we are genuinely
interested in getting the best from ourselves and others, then we must first
understand our own behaviors and motivations. Getting the Most from
